In order to register for My LAP-BAND^® Journey please check if you qualify for the LAP-BAND^® Adjustable Gastric Banding System. Generally, adults over 18 with a BMI of at least 40 or above are candidates for the LAP-BAND^® System surgery. Adults with a BMI of at least 35 who have a weight-related health condition also may be eligible. Keep in mind that this is a guideline only, as ultimately your eligibility for surgery can only be determined by a LAP-BAND^® System surgeon.
